Power Smoothie: The 60-Second Energy Boost
This is my ultimate “I’m too busy but need something amazing” breakfast. Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, it keeps me full and energized all morning.
My Recipe:
✔ 1 cup almond milk (or oat milk)
✔ 1 frozen banana
✔ ½ cup mixed berries
✔ 1 tbsp almond butter
✔ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✔ 1 tsp chia or flax seeds
✔ A handful of spinach (you won’t taste it, I promise!)
🌀 Blend and go! I pour this into a to-go cup and sip while answering emails. Productivity, but make it delicious!
Avocado & Egg Toast: The Boss Babe Classic 🥑
Simple, delicious, and full of healthy fats and protein. It keeps me full and focused without making me feel sluggish.
My Recipe:
✔ 1 slice sourdough or whole-grain toast
✔ ½ ripe avocado (mashed)
✔ 1 soft-boiled egg (or poached)
✔ A pinch of sea salt & black pepper
✔ Red pepper flakes (for a little spice!)
✔ Optional: A sprinkle of feta cheese or pumpkin seeds
Protein Pancakes: Weekend Boss Babe Brunch
These are my weekend treat that still keeps my energy levels high. High protein, low sugar, and super fluffy!
My Recipe:
✔ ½ cup oats (blended into flour)
✔ 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or cinnamon)
✔ ½ tsp baking powder
✔ 1 egg
✔ ¼ cup almond milk
✔ 1 tsp cinnamon
✔ ½ mashed banana (for sweetness)
🔥 Cook on medium heat & top with fresh fruit + a drizzle of honey!
